Henna is also known as mehndi in some Asian countries, especially India, Pakistan, Libya and neighbouring countries. I've always loved the indian bridal designs but well, practise makes perfect. Here's a sample design which I've worked on last week. One more to be added into this year's collection.
We offer exotic customized hand drawn henna/mehndi and make up services for private/public functions and any occasion worth celebrating. Make what's special to you really special...

a simple replica
I've attend the recent World Travel Market in ExCel, London the last few weeks. Interesting as it is, loads of interesting events, celebrity visits, everyone is trying to sell their country - the amazing effort.
Little did I know, one of it includes henna! *sparkly eyes*
Tourism India was giving out free henna painting or you can say henna demonstration, so I've gotten one done. I love observing how the ladies draw, really fast and steady.

I decided to give a try to 'so call' replicate the design. It's a little different but the general idea is clear. I still need to work on the timing and I wish I can produce the effect like hers *sigh*

a conventional touch
Simple feet design (Part 2)
Here are the photos taken the following day. I tried my very best not to expose my feet to any form of water/liquid the whole day.

Simple feet design
I'm all in with checkered boxes these days. I try to incorportate it in everytime I come up with something new. I love the drawing experience; this time I am using some henna powder imported from India which I got from a friend of mine.
